Exchanges and returns

Exchanges

If the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, he/she can return the items not worn within 14 days of the day they were received, the Client may ask to exchange the purchased items with one or more items whose total cost is equal to or exceeds the value of the returned items:

  • Write an email to e-shop@spazioquaranta.it to receive instructions for the exchange indicating the order confirmation number. Our customer service team may request information regarding the reason for returning the items to improve our service;
  • The team will check the availability of the requested items to be changed;
  • The team will forward you an exchange authorization form and will check if the total value of the exchanged items is identical or if you need to pay additional costs;
  • In case of exchange, it is necessary to ship the purchased items at the following address: Spazio Quaranta, Via Antonio Scarpa, 9 – 20145 Milano. Please make sure to communicate the package tracking number to our customer service team;
  • Potential shipping costs or custom duties incurred in the process are not charged to the Client;
  • The team will check the condition of the items and if the return meets all the required criteria, the new product will be shipped.

Returns and refunds

If the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, he/she can return the items not worn within 14 days of the day they were received and receive a refund. 

Please write an email to a e-shop@spazioquaranta.it indicating:

  • name and surname, address, payment method used (bank details in case of payment by bank transfer);
  • details of the items the customer wishes to return. Our customer service team may request information regarding the reason for returning the items to improve our service;
  • The team will send you a return authorization form to fill out;
  • Once your request is approved, it is necessary to ship the items back to the following address: Spazio Quaranta, Via Antonio Scarpa, 9 – 20145 Milano. Please make sure to communicate the package tracking number to our customer service team.

Once your returns have been received and approved, you will receive a refund equal to the price of the items you ordered.

The refund will be placed on the original payment method used to place the order.

The shipping costs, including any custom duties or taxes, are charged to the Customer unless the items shipped were of the wrong model, color or size with respect to the order placed by the Client.  

Terms and conditions for exchanges and returns

  • the products must not have been used, worn or washed; 
  • the products must not be damaged;
  • the identifying tag must still be attached to the product with the disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item, as well as the internal brand, composition and washing labels; 
  • the products must be returned in their original packaging. 

The returned items which do not satisfy our terms and conditions will be returned to the original address. 

For all the aspects which have not been explicitly discussed, the European legislation for distant commerce holds valid.
